We are the official Scout Shop for the Boy Scouts of America, Orange County Council. Located in Southern California, our Council serves more than 30,000 families in an area that ranges from the Pacific Ocean to the Santa Ana Mountains.The shop has two objectives: to provide a convenient point of purchase for our Council families who wish to buy patches and other Council merchandise; and to bring our extensive product offering to the growing legion of worldwide Scout memorabilia collectors.

Shipping Timeline
Most orders ship within one business day.
U.S. Shipping Rates
To keep your shipping costs to a minimum, we have a simplified fee structure:
If your order consists of from one to four patches, shipping fees are $2.50.
If your order consists of from five to eight patches, shipping fees are $4.00.
Shipping fees on all other U.S. orders are $5.99.
No overnight or second day service is available.
Please note: We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx.
Non-U.S. Shipping Fees
Shipments to non-U.S. addresses are charged actual carrier fees.
You may be responsible for additional, separate charges for duty collected by the delivery company.
Return Policy
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at the Scout Shop meets your high standards or you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. All returned merchandise must be in resellable condition and include original packaging.
Return postage because of defective merchandise or shipping error is our responsibility. To request a Return Authorization and shipping instructions, send an email to customerservice@ocscoutshop.org. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.
For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
Sales Tax
7.25% sales tax is added to the non-food portion of any order shipped to a California address.
